Hello Everyone,

An anquantance of mine has been diagnosed with bursitis on his inner

right ankle just superior and anterior to the medial maleolus, just

above SP-5/shangqiu. It's about an two inches in diameter and about

an inch high.

It feels soft and full of fluid. It origionally occured

at the same location on his left ankle at the end of the ski season,

then it went away at the end of the summer. Now it occured on his

right ankle after another ski season. His tongue is moist, swollen

and slightly pale sides, with some missing coat bilaterally to the

lung position. His pulse is generally slippery and soggy. He

drinks coffee and relatively a lot of beer. His shoulders are

heavily rotated forwards due to overdeveloped pectoralis minor and

weak romboids. His personality tends towards seeking attention. His

complexion is reddish-yellow. His hands tend to get cold. That's

about as much relevent information as I could get on him.

Does anyone have any experience treating bursitis? I haven't

studied it.

Does anyone know any acu-moxa techniques for it?

Thank you,

Blaise Ryan
