Chinese Herbal for Sinuses

Hi, Does anyone know a good herb for the sinuses? Hard to breath through

nose, not a clear path in the upper area of nose.

 

Any help grateful, thank you

Hi,

take hotwater in a big bowl , add 2 table spoonfuls of honey . cover your head

and inhale the steam. it will clear you blockage and make you feel relaxed. I

the herbal formula Bi Yan Pian I find very useful especially if the pattern

is wind heat

Metagenics came up with they're own nasal congestion formula- it's all chinese

herbs in it and kind of resembles cang er zi san plus yu ping fang san- i knew

one person on it and they said it helped him with his chonic sinus problems- he

had tried everything from decoctions to sun ten powders and this not only fit

into his schedule better but it actually helped prevent his allergies. I'm not

sure if Metagenics sends directly to people or if you have to get it through a

health professional - good luck with everything-

There are, at least, dozens of herbal formulasfor nasal congestion.

Are you familiar with Traditional at all?
