help with a few signs and symptoms

Only a little information here:

22 year old female patient with dilated pupils

(approx 75% dilation), but no reported sensitivity to

light. Sclera/whites of eyes have yellow patches, and

a few brown patches, and they are sometimes bloodshot.

Central cheeks have fairly noticeable capillaries

with red and purpleish colours to them.

Menstruation is irregular.

Appetite is low, and she can get deficient abdominal

pain/better with warmth and pressure.

Those are the only details I have. I wonder about the

eyes mainly.
