Guest guest
Hi All, A qualified Chinese Herbal Formulamight be " Zhi Gan Cao Tang " which deals both yin and yang deficiency of the " Shao Yin Heart " with the major symtoms of palpitation and irregular heart beats. Due to both yin & yang deficiency, blood stagnation is the result. The body thus looses enough nutrion that might cause pains due to both stagnation & insufficience. Suggestion might be to take this herbal formula starting with a smaller dosage for his condition, and gradually increase to the normal dosage tid. It's also highly recommended that bring him to visit a TCM doctor for further detailed diagnosis & differentiation. The doctor might prescribe the most suitable formula for him. Thanks for attention. Foot and leg massages can work wonders in helping Qi and Blood to move and diminishing pain. Some days when I've overdone physically, I get my husband to massage my feet and legs for a few minutes. It helps me to recover faster than I otherwise would in addition to diminishing pain and helping me to relax right away. He has to be careful about how much pressure to use in some areas because some areas (like behind the knees) are very sore and sensitive. Some of the sorest areas correspond to acupoints. I tend to have a lot of problems with sore acupoints along the course of the Bladder merdian though these sore points aren't restricted to the Bladder meridian. Some are on the Liver meridian and other meridians. Pay attention when there are painful areas along the course of a meridian because this often is a clue as to problems in that system. Guest guest
Dear Tanveer, You are right aboput the feet they definately have a lot to do with our health. In the West it is called reflexology which I have used very extensively with patients who have had some serious problems. So you are on the right path. We need to get a better understanding of what we personally can do for ourselves in order to have better health. Guest guest
Dear Mitchell, Blood clotting is a problem brought on by poor diet. The lack of having enough of the good nutrients are our main problem in all health problems. Older people because of their eating habits over the years have dug a deep trench in their health. There is a product for better blood flow called Ginkobaloba and in the food category we have beets which is very good for the blood system. If you do a little research on what is available you can find some that would meet the need I am sure.
