first of all...based on what you told us...he's really lucky to be alive!

I would use diluted helichrysum as close to the area as possible...not

directly on any open wounds or incisions, but around the whole general

area. Have heard amazing stories about healing of broken bones being

speeded up...

(but then again, I tend to use helichrysum for almost anything that hurts ;)

Dear Jerry

The sugar in fruits is fructose. Sucrose IS refined sugar. I totally agree

with you that sucrose is toxic, but it is also addictive and patients find

it difficult to give up.

Diabetic patients would just be much better eating whole foods and avoiding

processed or refined foods. They should also avoid foods with a high

glycaemic index such as potatoes and bananas.

Regards

Susie

What a good question!

My shiatsu practice is in my house. I've yet to use moxa on a client

but I do use it on self and family.

I run room sized air purifiers all over my house and have a silent

ionizer in my shiatsu room. I also have packs of zeolite crystals in

some of the rooms. (My family has had Metal issues back to the 14th

century. How do I know? We've kept track ;-)

Moxa I do in the kitchen with the over the stove exhaust fan on and a

window on the other end of the house open. The moxa still stinks the

place up a bit but I've yet to set off the smoke alarm.

If I was an acupuncturist I'd think strongly about a massive

industrial exhast fan with a cross the room vent for fresh air and a

hepa filter air purifier and an ionizer as a back up.

Cost? This would be a business expense.

A down side of this would be the volume of noise such a set up would

present.
