Guest guest
I have found that imbalance of any part of the body in almost all cases are caused by wrongful eating which affects our blood. The blood is the life of the body , it flows through everything in our bodies. If we pollute the blood it becomes our weakness in our bodies, and weakens everything it flows through which is everything. This is why when people go to a doctor and they examine the person and say, we can't find anything wrong with you, it is because the pollution in the blood stream is things we eat and drink and are considered normal. So, we are left to wonder what is wrong with us. It is imperative to learn what you are eating and drinking I mean ingredients and learn what effect they have on the body. This is done easy enough by having a health book with this information. For instance many of us eat margarine and never look at what is in it. All margarine has Partially Hygrogenated soybean/cottonseed oil in it. This is very dangerous to our brain. It affects our memory, blood flow to the brain and the cells in it. Is this important too know, I think so, it can help eliminate many problems as we get older. When we abuse our bodies for thirty or forty years we expect miracles to happen overnight. And think by taking different herbs or drinks we can eliminate our health problems easy enough, but this is the wrong approach. There is a thing called prevention and that is done by really caring about your body and what affects it. So become aware of what you are eating and eliminate many problems down the line. Guest guest
Ray (or others), you referenced the importance of a quality " health book " in your below message. Do you have any recommendations? I have Paul Pitchford's already, but would like to expand my nutritional knowledge... These " funny " or " fake " fats tilt the body toward making more " bad " prostaglandins (PGs) than " good " ones. The " bad " PGs are responsible for things like inflammation, pain, swelling, fever, etc. " Bad " is in quotes because sometimes the body needs these things in order to survive. But when an unnaturally high number of " bad " PGs are produced, this causes a lot of problems. Omega-3 EFAs tilt the body toward making more " good " PGs.
