Guest guest
I saw a new patient today - a 9 year old girl who, since age 4, has had migraine-like symptoms consistently every 9 1/2 weeks. She doesn't have any headaches but does have nausea with vomiting and dizziness. The nausea always wakes her up at night, she usually throws up once then the nausea goes away, the dizziness stays for the next 1-2 days. She doesn't have any of these symptoms at any other time and no prodrome. No other problems. Healthy girl, was born via C-section without complications, some colds and ear infections but not a lot. She seems pretty happy. Her tongue is dusky red with a red tip, TWF. Her pulse is choppy, weak left chi. Her next outbreak is due to happen mid-June - will see her once a week until then (is ok with getting a few needles) and will put her on a tincture formula. Has anyone seen this or has some insights? Thanks a lot. Ruth
