Guest guest Posted April 4, 2003 Report Share Posted April 4, 2003 Hello everyone, In TCM point of view....... Is it alright to skip my breakfast and have my lunch and dinner only? Is breakfast the most important day of our meal? Is it healthy to replace our meal with fresh fruits? does being a strict vegetarian helps to strengthen or weaken our body? I heard that vegetarian would suffer a deficiency of vitamin B-12 and B-6. My mum recently hurt her spinal cord while lifting some heavy object. At first both her legs feels numb like there's not enough blood circulation. And now even her arms too. Another mentionable symptom is her blood looks very thin and watery. She's a vegetarian for 5 years. She went to a doctor, gave her some pills but no improvement. Now she's going for massage treatment but I think she's getting worse. Any suggestion? what would be the long term effect of a man being castrated?
