Insomnia Points

Can anyone comments on points used to treat insomnia? I practice

acupressure but presumably the same points are used for that and

acupuncture. Is that a correct assumption? TIA.

points for insomnia would be Yintang, Anmian, Heart 7, Liver 3, Ren 17 these

would probably be the same for acupressure,

Anmian means " Peaceful Sleep " . Its an extra point located halfway

between TB 17 and GB 20. It is needled perpendicularly less than 1

cun or obliquely toward either TB 17 or GB 20.
