Guest guest
There are different types of Phlegm. Fu Ling can aggravate some cases of Dry Phlegm. The herbalist needs to be very, very careful when using Fu Ling in cases where the person also has Dry Phlegm. Yes, I know the herb is supposed to be relatively gentle in its actions, but in some cases of Dry Phlegm even this gentleness can be too much. You're more likely to see cases of Dry Phlegm in desert areas than in areas with more moisture, but they can occur in areas other than the desert.
