Guest guest
celebrations throughout North America of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine Day on October 24, 2002. Beginning at 6 p.m., demonstrations of acupuncture and a brief overview of herbal medicine were given at the College—open to all. Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine Day is part of the effort to increase public awareness of the progress, promise, and benefits of acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine Day is supported through a unique international partnership of organizations in the United States, Canada and Mexico. The partnership includes professional associations, research organizations and educational institutions. We should keep this going every year. I would like to see us get as much media coverage as possible in all states. Perhaps we should go through the schools, acupuncture Today, and then filter down to local radio, TV, and newspapers and community centers. I would be glad to write an article. Could you please give some insights on how you see this becoming a big educational awareness day. Sunny
