Hi Every one there,

Well I am new to this group,

I Joined this group primarily to seek advice and information possible

treatment ( Natural Way) for a patient declared having Chronical Renal

Failure.

The patient had undergone two cycles of Classical Acupuncture and Sujok

Acpuncture. At present, the patient has blood urea content to the tune

of 340 mg% and Serum Creatinine of 17.9 mg%.

I am looking for any medicine that could bring down the above level and

revive kidney function.

I am desparately looking for possible medical help and advice.

Any one having reliable information may kindly respond to my mail ID.

With warm regards.

I had a diabetic patient who's kidneys were going downhill. We used an

herbal formula called Er Xian Tang (Two Immortals Decoction) as the base

with some diuretics added to reduce the edema in the body.

It helped, but he ultimately did have to still end up on dialysis. We

were able to hold it off for about a year, actually. Not bad

considering the doctor wanted it much earlier, but we were able to hold

the Creatinine levels at about 6 which is, as I recall, the high end of normal.

That doesn't mean that your patient will benefit from this particular

formula. This one assumes a certain group of symptoms that all equate to

a specific syndrome, in his case a deficiency of both Kidney yin and

yang. That may not apply to your patient, so if you want to go herbal

on this, you have my blessings, I've seen it help, but it would probably

be a good idea for the patient to see someone in person so that a more

complete diagnosis can take place which will help to ensure that he or

she gets exactly what they need, rather than one my patient needed.

I have noticed that the points on the leg used to treat sciatica are also used

to treat renal failure. There is a special point on the foot that can be touched

or rubbed to help. Renal failure = leg points including one at the back of the

knee. Agreement?

I sent you info or requested info from you but I did not get a reply.

What caused the kidneys to be imbalance. Was it an injury? did it just fail? is

it hormonal? is it diet? Are you in NY NJ area?

I have seen a TCM herbal site which claims some success from some kidney

patients who have used some of their formulas:

One product is called Bath Detox (herbs are dissolved in the tub)

Another is asparagus extract. The other two products listed for kidney are

kidney chi and cordyceps.

For the list of four formulas with more details go to this page. There is

more information available in writing from these people, call for more

information:

http://www.chi-health.com/kidney-list.htm

I am not connected to these people and have never used these particular

products though my spouse has tried some of their products for another

condition. I am thinking about the bath detox as I have edema that has never

been helped by any of the TCM herbs I have tried in the past.
