mercury fillings

Hi,

I had an emergency dental appointment this morning due to a cracked

tooth, they had to remove an old mercury almagam filling and replace

it, I got it replaced with a composite one. I want to know how to

keep any mercury that may have gotten released into my system from

the removal from doing damage to me. Is there a way to clear it out

of my body?
