Guest guest
I recently came across the site of a Shen Wu, who seems to advertise healing through use of the Five Musical Notes. (http://www.musicqigong.com/english/index.htm) Has anyone ever heard of Shen Wu before? I have heard mention of " music qi gong " before, (http://www.chinaqigong.net/english/qgsk/) but am not sure what to make of it. Does anyone have any information on this type of treatment? Also, although it has it's dissenters, (http://www.falundafa.org/book/eng/zfl_66.htm) I am unsure how the TCM community views this sort of treatment in general. Is it considered effective? Is it considered a remnant of earlier shamanic tradition, as some consider utilization of the Six Sounds and the use of medical talismans? Just looking for some opinions on these matters. Thanks, mbanu
Guest guest
Hi. There are some qi gong exercises indicated to people who has asthma which uses the sound of " zhi " while you're practicing, dispite of if the asthma is because lung, spleen or kidney xu. It's very effective. There are some books of Mantak Chia about it ( not the same qi gong I know, but some information about using sounds with qi gong) Hope it helps.
