I would appreciate hearing advice, references, experiences etc. about how working with the abdomen can relieve pain and stress in the neck and shoulders.

Hi, Christine,

Bonnie Prudden has some specific trigger point release protocols involving the abdominals. She states that this definitely affects the upper body, and she goes so far as to say this can ease jaw pain and TMJ, by releasing the abs!!

Checkl out her books or tapes.
