Guest guest
I was wondering what the differences and similarities in my situation were... I was told I am Liver Yang Deficent, and also that I am Blood Deficent. How similar and related, or not, are the two? Because I was unable to stomach the raw herbs, and the TCM practitioners noted they gave me a particularily nasty combonation, they gave me a patent (pill) form and on the lable of the Plum Flower brand bottle, it says it is " Du Huo Ji Sheng Wan " I am to take 8 pills three times a day. Any thoughts on these? Thanks in advance, Katrina

That gives rise to a situation where your tendons and sinews aren't properly nourished which causes joint pain. This formula also (in fact predominately) pushes out wind, damp, and cold from the channels, all of which are known to cause arthritic pains that are either migrating (wind), feel heavy or are aggravated by damp weather (damp) or have severe pain that is aggravated by cold weather (cold). The Plum Blossom literature indicates that this formula is mostly for arthritic pain in the lower back and legs. -- Al Stone L.Ac. <AlStone http://www.BeyondWellBeing.com Pain is inevitable, suffering is optional. I mispoke. > That gives rise to a situation where your tendons and sinews aren't > properly nourished which causes joint pain. Makes sense, since I am being treated for a shin splint type injury that has gone on for over a year (this type of injury usually resolves itself within 3-6 months) Katrina
