Guest guest
For those who were asking about TCM relief for specific conditions, I found this book to be very helpful for beginners. The info can of course be augmented by a more thorough study of TCM information that the members of this group are so kind to share. christine Acupressure's Potent Points: A Guide to Self-Care for Common Ailments by Michael Reed Gach Amazon has some used copies for sale. http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/0553349708/qid=1033576615/sr=2-1/ref= sr_2_1/104-0400047-5856769
Guest guest
Thanks, Christine. > Acupressure's Potent Points: A Guide to Self-Care for Common Ailments > by Michael Reed Gach I'm grinning because my copy of this book gets used a lot. The book doesn't go into TCM syndromes, but the recommended acupoints for various problems are based on sound TCM knowledge. Also, the combination of the photographs, drawings, and written instructions make it easy to find points. Gach has a website - acupressure.com - which has some sample chapters from the book.
