Guest guest
Dear Victoria, Thank you SO MUCH for all the articles you sent regarding magnesium. I have read this and the next 2 daily mailing lists I get but need to reread. It seems like there is so much to grasp - kind of overwhelming. I order some coral caIcium and that came a few weeks ago. Since it has calcium and mag in it I've started taking that until I get oyster shell. I have to get my house cleaned up by Thursday as an appraiser is coming and with my bad health it is hard. I had my family helping this weedend. Anyways, after that I am going to be able to spend more time on these posts. They are amazing. You have so much information! I know a little - and understand concepts of hot, cold, yin/yang, of foods and some things from Henry Lu's book. He has a book, Chinese System of Foods for Health and Healing where you go thru the symptoms and add up the highest scores and it says what you have - my worst was 9.7 Internal Liver Wind Blowing, however most of the liver ones were almost as bad. They involve headaches, vertigo, fainting, stiff neck. Take Care - Sharon New DSL Internet Access from SBC

If the coral calcium works for you, that is fine too. Just so Ca and Mg are taken together. Later on, you may decide to experiment with various Ca and Mg products to find the one that works best for you. >information! I know a little - and understand concepts of hot, cold, yin/yang, Learning is like an inverted step pyramid. First a little bit of information sticks. As the person stays with it, more sticks the next time, and the second tier is bigger than the first. Still more sticks with the third exposure and so on. The trick is not to give into the feelings of being overwhelmed. I've felt overwhelmed quite a few times. > of foods and some things from Henry Lu's book. Other readers may be interested in checking out the Lu book and the symptom checklist. These checklists are not a substitute for seeing a TCM healer in person, but not everyone can get to a TCM healer. The checklists are good for giving readers ideas to consider and research further. BTW, the first TCM book I bought was one of Lu's on herbs. I learned a lot from it. Victoria
