Can anyone recommend any books regarding explaination and practical

usage/application of TCM diet therapy? I've come across some books,

some lower in price some ALOT higher, and I don't mind spending a bit

more, if I can be fairly confident its worth the extra $$$$....so any

recommendations?

Thanks in advance!

Hi Curtis,

I like " Healing with Whole Foods " by Paul Pritchard.

It does include more than just TCM. Kit

Thanks kit and rebecca, I've heard this book mentioned before, I was

in a Borders the other day and was looking thru 4 books

simulataneously, It's hard to try and flip thru quickly and see if

the book has what you're looking for, I'll give this one a try,

Thanks Again!

I think we discussed this less than a couple of months ago...

My favorite and well worth every penny is:

Paul Pitchford

Healing with Whole Foods, Oriental Traditions and Modern Nutrition

ISBN:0-938190-64-4
