Guest guest
Sounds like you've got food stagnation. Avoid binging, obviously, avoid causing sweats, avoid fasting. Maybe what will hep for now is to eat only when you're hungry, eat only a little, chew your food very well. Possibly your diagnosis is simple qi stagnation of the liver and stomach. This will cause bloating, tightness/fullness of the chest and coastal area and epigastric pain. The single herb I would suggest is chinese barley. You can choose from two kinds. Raw is for food stagnation including some heat signs, Baked is for food stagntion with cold signs. For you I would go with raw right now. So buy the raw, cook it as you would rice, when it's soft, eat it. You can add stuff to it if you like, but I would suggest eating it plain. Plain and simple. A formula would include YiYiRen (chinese barley) ChaiHu ZhiShi (immature bitter orange) ChuanLianZi Hope this helps, Hugo Everything you'll ever need on one web page from News and Sport to Email and Music Charts http://uk.my.
