Guest guest
Well I've seen my TCM'er twice now, and in general I'm feeling better.... seems the diagnosis so far is deficient spleen / stomach + dampness. He advised that I avoid cold / raw foods and beverages and gave me a few things that would be benificial diet wise, but mainly he went more into what to avoid. Then I was thinking, Ok I know what to avoid, but what (if anything) can maybe help the process.... I should've thought of this when I was in his office and asked him, but we were talking about other things at the time. My question is, is there anything dietary wise that is excellent for drying up dampness? Thanks... -Curtis
