Guest guest
Interesting question, as to whether or not it's Qi. Could be. I'm doing a (Yan?)-style Tai Chi which is actually called Tai-Chi Chih, it's not Chuan, it basically extracts only the healing and Qi collection/ circulation out of the martial applications (although I know very well that it could easily be adapter for this purpose.) Anyway, those exercises as daily are only temporary until I can get my hands on some good Qi Gong material, but I'll tell you this - I've started taking Korean Red Ginseng and it seems to be getting progressively better so you might be right about it being a Qi problem. Originally I thought it was due to putting too much pressure on the legs or something. (Originally decided to take it for problems that were likely caused by stomach/spleen deficiency and stagnation in that area.) There aren't too many local Chinese doctors unfortunately. Hence this group. :-) Chinese Traditional Medicine, " Deb & John " <rockscallop@h...> wrote: > Do you think it is a " qi sensation " ? That's why " gong fu " translates to " working hard " . ;-) > > Deb > -
