Guest guest
There is one very clear correspondance between Ayurveda and TCM: There are three kinds of " eaters " mentioned in a Chinese Internal Medicine classic, I forget which one specifically, but it states there are three kind of diners: One who is eats very slowly and enjoys everything, he is not picky about what is on his plate and likes sweet things most. Another is extremely critical about what he eats, eats very quickly, and tends to prefer spicy foods. The third is unfocused and variable, often not paying much attention. These correspond respectively to the Kapha, Pitta, and Vata Doshas in Ayurveda exactly. I do not know of a better link between the two systems.
