Besides your treatment you might want to print out (or give him the link to) this chapter on adrenals and addictions...his sweet and coffee addictions " they will crave substances that will temporarily raise their serum glucose level such as caffeine, sweets, soda or juice, tobacco, marijuana. " Adrenals are highly involved in all stress and one's ability to handle it.
