This applies to fresh sweat, belches, vomit, urine, bowel movements, and any bodily discharges. Damp Heat can be localized, or systemic, though it's usually localized. Gall bladder problems frequently are Damp Heat in the Gall Bladder problems. Gall stones are Damp Heat in the Gall Bladder that has congeled.
