Guest guest
My Oriental Medicine Practitoner said that Jade was a good healer. She said it helped with a lot of things, mostly circulation; but could help with other problems like headaches, etc. She said that you could get products like shoes and pillows that had pieces of jade in them, but also jewelry. She said it didn't matter what they were in, as long as they touched the body. She said not all jade is the same, but there were certain ones from certain parts of Asia (I believe) that were better. Could anyone please let me know if you have heard of this. It seems like an easy thing to do (wear a jade ring) to help the body work better. There are some people teaching aromatherapy or crystal therapy that would get into this topic, but I don't think that it represents the rank and file of the OM practitioners in the world today. It is true that there are different qualities of Jade and that the better quality feels warm rather than cold and inert. (Or is it that the good jade feels cold? Can't remember for sure.) This in reference to the gemological quality as opposed to healing qualities. -- Al Stone L.Ac. <AlStone http://www.BeyondWellBeing.com Pain is inevitable, suffering is optional.
