Guest guest
Therein is why these same herb companies MUST take a HARD stand in stopping this FDA rule from becoming entrenched and stopping the FDA from going any further with their biased agenda. Does anyone really believe that the FDA is going to stop at ephedrine alkaoids (including Ma Huang & Ban Xia) which will destroy about 30% of all TCM formulas? The herb companies have a do-or-die decision to make. Hopefully they will make the right choice. I have personally spoken to a few key companies awakening them to more options. The AHPA Petition was a good start albeit very weak. That does NOT mean that other herb companies can't also file more Petitions and a LOT stronger ones.
