I remember one day distinctly ... I got out of bed and started to cry because I knew that I had to brush my teeth. Another day my husband wanted me to go to an office Christmas party that evening. I had one very small task that had to be done that day and I told him that I would not be able to go. He looked at me like I had 3 eyes, in total disbelief that I was serious. I started sobbing hysterically and he finally gave up trying to convince me to go. Yes Victoria you are right, exercise probably would have been the last straw at that point. << my doctor realizing I was hypoglycemic and me going on a diet that eliminated sugar. There were some other things that helped as well, but it took changing my diet before I got any significant progress. I found that giving up sugar was essential also. It took a good year before someone could walk past me with a brownie without me wanting to scratching their eyes out .... it wasn't easy that's for sure. It was so clear at the time however that I had no other choice. I had candidiasis and couldn't even have fruit or milk. My sister has candidiasis (both of us had verification through stool sample tests) but has not developed the debilitating fatigue that I did. She's very slow and tired but functionable. She began having symptoms a few years before me. She refuses to give up sugar or adjust her diet. She has not made any improvement. I have been symptom free (of the candidiasis) for at least 6 or 7 years now. Lynn
