Guest guest Posted May 3, 2001 Report Share Posted May 3, 2001 you have to determine if this is a muscle tear, or ligament tear...or both? i dont see the necessity in rejuvenating synovial fluid for this case. the shoulder isn't even diarthrodial. anyway, I'd gear the TX to muscle/lig tear. btw, the rotator cuff are four muscles. I'm sure the TCM folks here can recommend many formulas for torn muscles.
