Guest guest
http://www.healingpeople.com/ht/EN/articles/2000/3/6/507.tmpl I'm seeing more an more references to fenugreek seed, aka Trigonellae Foeni-graeci, aka Hu Lu Ba, in the literature on diabetes. Unfortunately Western research is not differnciating among test subjects with diabetes according to TCM syndromes. If they did, we would be able to predict even better exactly which diabetics would benefit from fenegreek seeds and which wouldn't. One thing I would like to see more information on is how many of the diabetics who are responding favorably to Hu Lu Ba suffer specifically from Wasting and Thirsting Syndrome of the Lower Burner (Kidneys, etc.) WITH Yang Deficiency. Semen (seed of) Trigonellae Foeni-graeci is classified as a Yang tonic herb. Victoria _______________________ Get Your Private, Free E-mail from MSN Hotmail at http://www.hotmail.com.
