Guest guest
Qi Gong can be described as an exercise system that gets Qi moving in the body and strengthens individuals. This is the Cliff Notes explanation. This article gives 3 very basic exercises for improving health. These are so simple they don't even need pictures. Like so much of Qi Gong, it looks deceptively simple and one may wonder how is the world is something that simple going to do great things for me? " No pain, no gain " is a Western idea. These very simple exercises are aimed at improving digestion, the extraction of Qi from food and from air, and energy flow in the body. Clicking the teeth sounds so simple as to be idiotic. Until one realizes that digestion starts in the mouth with the effect of saliva on food. People who produced a lot of saliva have an advantage when it comes to digestion. It gets a very good start in the mouth in these people. Hara (dan tien) breathing - that is breathing deep into the belly at a point two to three finger widths beneath the navel and visualizing the flow of Qi - will increase energy as well as accomplishing the other things mentioned in the article. Massaging the abdomen will promote smooth digestion (and do some other things because of the particular acupoints that are being massaged). This can be an especially good one for people who have constipation or colonic inertia problems. Again, I want to emphasize that Qi Gong exercises look deceptively simple and like they couldn't help anything, but they have some very powerful effects. Guest guest
Qi Gong? The Falun Dafa seems to be handing it out for free. If you can't spare the time to pay them a visit in person, they offer quite a bit over the internet <http://falundafa.org/media/index.html#4> It comes Real-Time live and down load able. As I key this out to you I'm listening to some of their music. I haven't a clue what its supposed to do for me but it is quite pretty.
