Guest guest
Many of these are example of an acupuncturist working with Western doctors, and both handling what they do best. Note that in the case of tubercolosis in the hip, he first corrected what he knew acupuncture could help, and then sent the patient to Western doctors for treatment of the tubercolosis in the hip. Ren is another name for the Conception Vessel, the great Yin channel that runs up the middle of the front of the body. Du is another term for the Governor Vessel, the Yang vessel that runs up the middle of the back. Ex is an abbreviation for an Extra point, one not located on the meridians.
