I am wanting to lose weight (115 lbs, to be exact) and was wondering what some on this list might suggest. I have tried every " diet " and can't stick with anything. Two years ago, I lost 36 pounds. But, when I hit a plateau, I became discouraged and quit. I then regained the 36 pounds plus 16 more! I have seen the doctor and had an EKG run. There's no reason why I can't start a diet/exercise program. Trouble is...*which* one do I follow? Any tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
