Thanks for this info. I'm printing it out so I will have it on hand.

 

I'd like to learn more about how to use the points and others to

regulate menses and remedy PMS symptoms. I'll be ordering another

book through interlibrary loan.<G>

 

Did she mention anything about using them to correct hormonal

imbalances?
