Guest guest
>Acupuncture points: Liver 3 and Stomach 36 These are two points that I recommend beginners memorize because they're used in so many conditions. Acupressure's Potent Points by Mocjae; Reed Gach gives the following directions for finding the points: " Three Mile Point (St 36) " Location: Four finger widths below the kneecap, one finger width ouside of the shinbone. A muscle should flex as you move your foot up and down. " " Bigger Rushing (Lv 3) " Location: On the top of the foot, in the valley between the big toe and the second toe. " (p. 174, chapter on Potent Points for Relieving Motion Sickness, Morning Sickness, and Nausea) In my case I find that have written instructions in addition to the pictures and diagrams helps. Sometimes has some strange workings. I don't get posts for a few days. Every so often I log onto the website to check for messages that for some reason have not made it through. I don't usually get sick in the car but on one winding road that my husband just makes a point of using when I go to WV. Usually it is on the way down the mountain and instant headache sometimes occurs for a short amount of time.
