I felt like I had hit a gold mine when I discovered them. I've been

printing them out to study. Have already picked up some good ideas for

myself even though I don't suffer from some of the manifestations. The

information is applicable to other manifestations. For example, Qi

Stagnation can manifest in quite a variety of ways.

 

I'm posting some of the ones that I know that people on here have expressed

an interest in.

 

There's a lot of diverse information from various sources - conventional

Western medicine, TCM, homeopathy, and other alternative therapies gathered

in one place. The nice thing about having a background in TCM is that it

enables one to tell when something recommended probably will help an

individual and when it shouldn't be tried in some cases. I'm posting the

one on obesity today. At one point in the alternative section of the

obesity guide, there is information about using cold in the management of

weight - like taking a cold bath before exercise. Should work great for

people with Excess Heat conditions, but definitely contraindicated in the

extreme for people who are too Cold. The TCM background enables you to know

better when something may work for an individual and when you definitely

should stay away from it.
