I like this idea. It will help to demystify acupuncture for a lot of people. Don't be surprised when some of your patients start asking questions about acupuncture and TCM and wanting to learn more.<G> It's how I got into this, and I'll always be grateful to the TCM herbalist who patiently and enthusiastically answered my questions. BTW, I got a copy of The Web That Has No Weaver by Ted J. Kaptchuk, OMD, and recommend it. Guest guest
BTW, I got a copy of The Web That Has No Weaver by Ted J. Kaptchuk, OMD, and recommend it. Very easy to understand it was one the first that I got. He will be a the Pacific Symposium this year in Nov. It is in San Diego, CA. I hear that this conference is really good and I plan to attend this year. It is 4 days long and is really inexpensive for students (like $250.for all four days). There will be other big names there as well. Like the guy that Victoria always refers to, Maciocia'a. Maybe I will see some of you there. If anyone is interested I will forward the info when I get it. Please remember that some of the wall posters are not correct with the point location. I thought all these 300+ points were traditional ones handed down thru generations. Sam ______________ YOU'RE PAYING TOO MUCH FOR THE INTERNET! Juno now offers FREE Internet Access! Guest guest
Sam When they print these sometimes the points are off a bit, is all that I am saying. I have a book which is one of the main books for training acupuncturists and in the diagram the Triple Burner Meridian is not even close. Most of the charts are correct but there is a margin of your own skill to locating points. Shane
