Earth: Liver (Yin)

Gallbladder (Yang)

 

Fire: Heart (Yin)

Small Intestine (Yang)

 

Pericardium (Yin)

Triple Heater (Yang)

 

Earth: Spleen (Yin)

Stomach (Yang)

 

Metal: Lung (Yin)

Large Intestine (Yang)

 

Water: Kidney (Yin)

Bladder (Yang)

 

The Bladder and the Small Intestine are the TaiYang (Greater Yang) meridians.

These are the two meridians that first come under attack by External Wind Cold

Evil. The onset of the cold, flu, and other Wind Cold disorders will first be

felt in and along the TaiYang meridians. Achy muscles, headache, sinus and nasal

congestion, upper back and neck soreness and tension.)

 

The ShaoYang is the next stage in attack by External Wind Cold. The ShaoYang

(Lesser Yang) meridians are the Triple Heater and the Gallbladder.

 

The 3rd stage is YangMing (Yang Brightness). The YangMing meridians are the

Large Intestine and the Stomach.

 

The 6 Yang meridians are the Bladder, the Small Intestine, the Triple Heater,

the Gallbladder, the Large Intestine, and the Stomach.
