Guest guest
Bland-tasting herbs leech out Dampness and promotes urination. The thermal energy of bland herbs tends to be neutral or slightly on the cooling side. They tend to have a drying action, and they're slightly heavy. Bland herbs frequently are used to drain chronic Dampness. They're gentle in doing this so this makes them a better class of herbs to use than say some of the spicy herbs when the person may be too weak and frail for a stronger herb. They also have a gentle penetrating action. This is another class of herb that will tend to go deep into the body and reach all parts of it.
