Guest guest
Ron, Is the discomfort in your lower back? Here are remedies for back pain: First of all, are you drinking enough water? Back aches and pain are often the cause of dehydration. At the onset of pain, immediately drink two large glasses of water. This often gives relief in minutes. A good multivitamin/multimineral as a base. Colloidal silver Colloidal gold Calcium - 1,500 to 2,000 mg daily. Magnesium - 700 to 1,000 mg daily. Vitamin D - 400 IU daily. Silica or horsetail - As directed on label 3 times daily. Vitamin B12 2,000 mcg daily. See if you can find the sublingual type. Zinc - 50 mg daily. DO NOT EXCEED A TOTAL OF 100 mg DAILY FROM ALL SUPPLEMENTS. Boron 3 mg daily. This improved calcium intake. Take Boron only until healed. Chrondoitin Sulfate- as directed on the label. Glucosamine Sulfate - as directed on label. Arth-X from Trace Minerals Research is a formula containing herbs, sea minerals, calcium, and other nutrients for the bones and joints. Other herbs recommended for backache are alfalfa, burdock, oat straw, slippery elm, and white willow bark. Recommendations: Avoid all meals with animal protein products until you are healed. Animal protein contains uric acid which puts undue strain on the kidneys that can contribute to back pain. Do not eat gravies, oils, fats, sugars, or rich or processed foods. Ron, I hope I have helped and hope you feel better. Please let me know. Warm regards, oleander soup , " ron_piron " <ron_piron wrote: > > Hi > > My back seems to be weak. Guest guest
Get the book Pain Free by Pete Egoscue. What you have is a lack of muscle control, which by following the stretches in the book that are specific to your problem (there are several specific problems they target) will be fixed. In the beginning the stretches can take up to 40 minutes to perform, but once you get your condition stable then it's mostly just 10 minutes a day for upkeep. Best to do the stretches first thing in the morning to maintain your strength throughout the day. I've seen some remarkable "cures" using these stretches only, in cases where doctors say the only recourse is an operation, or joint replacement.
