I am also a senior citizen and trying to find ways to cut the costs of supplements, while still getting the benefits. I am especially interested in how you have found a way to do that. Also, I have attended and been certified in several classes of EFT. My life now has been so traumatic I have gotten away from the EFT. However, I do know it is effective and I will have to get myself together to start practicing it again. I have many DVD's of EFT and am allowed to make copies. If you would be interested in them, I am willing to send them to you, for the cost of shipping and copying, which is definitely minimal. Although I am never really on top of stress, I feel that a combination of prayer & the little I have learned about EFT have been the best. As health improves, there is less need for expensive supplements. When I compare the cost of "organic" food with what we used to eat, we eat less & of food better quality and it actually costs less! We save by avoiding dr's, as they have only poisons to offer, and none have helped yet! When the eczema is improved I would probably go for sodium ascorbate & fish oil. I make up my own with ascorbic acid & baking soda so it's cheap as I buy the acid by the kg. I have got rid of cancer, asthma & adhesions by avoiding dr's. Now I have been poisoned by aerial spray & need to sort that out. It is taking a long time. I was patient before - asthma took over 30 yrs, adhesions - 20 yrs, cancer - 13 mths from first knowledge.
