Guest guest
Loretta, My children are suffering white spots on their face, ears, knees, and elbows. Should you use mint flavor or the original? oleander soup oleander soup On Behalf Of Dr. Loretta Lanphier Tuesday, October 14, 2008 6:21 PM oleander soup RE: Re: psoriasis revisited Something that you might want to try/experiment with and could probably get me kicked-off most natural medicine lists is Listerine. Certainly not something I would normally recommend. J You must use the regular Listerine (no generics) with no added flavoring. If the skin is broken it WILL burn, so it is best to apply to skin that is not broken. Apply several times daily with a cotton ball. No one is really sure why Listerine works to cure psoriasis and also eczema so well, but many claim to have eliminated flare-ups for long periods of time, and even forever. The main ingredient in Listerine is non-edible alcohol, which kills germs. It also contains menthol, thymol, and eucalyptus. Another ingredient is methyl salicylate, which is related to aspirin. It kills some of the germs and partially numbs the skin. So, obviously the ingredients are not pristene by any means and certainly not all-natural. While using the Listerine, get on a healthy diet that uses only good oils, plenty of pure, clean water, continue to flush the liver/gallbladder and digestive tract, parasite cleanse, REDUCE STRESS (very important as stress tends to be a pre-cursor to flare-ups) and eliminate any environmental toxins (chemical, toxic air, aerosol sprays, etc.) Use castille soap and all-natural skin-care products. Make sure that you shower/bathe in clean water (shower filter) – do not put any part of your body in chlorinated water. Sometimes the body needs a little bit of help and skin conditions can really affect the emotions also. I know one lady that had psoriasis most of her life and began using Listerine and it cleared completely up with six months and she has had no more problems going on two years now. One of my family members is using it right now for eczema that has been on one finger for almost 9 years and within a week we are seeing remarkable improvement. Guest guest
Yes, do all those things - water is rain water that's been filtered & UV treated. No other treatment. Oils = flax, Evening primrose, & salmon. Take D3, beta carotene, Astaxan, lots of green stuff etc etc. The only problem is stress, use hypno, prayer & am learning EFT. Still a battle, ongoing care of disabled adult son. As I age, I have everything sorted for when I am gone, yet still I worry. Aaaaaarrgh! If I could only approch it with equanimity. Tried Listerine. New breakouts, but old breakouts have dried considerably & swelling & redness has subsided. Very itchy. Used virgin coconut oil to moisturise (also for its anti fungal properties) Thank you so much for the hint. Will report further progress.
