Guest guest
Can't sleep as usual but my mind wonders on how we are going to make it to an old age the food that we eat,is full of chemicals. The meats are injected with who knows what, the fish is poluted, water is poluted, the land has no minerals. If diseases don't kill you the dr. will with his script pad. To stay healthy looks like a hard job to me. And who can afford all the natural healthy vitamins and minerals that we are suppose to take. I live on my social security and grateful that I get it, but it does not afford me the things that I need in my older years to live this long healthy life. I wish I could figure out the most important vitamins and minerals that my body really needs, I know have a cabinet full of them. And everyday I read that I need something else, when is enough a enough........HELP!! What is necessary and what is over kill. Is there one multi vitamin and one multi mineral to take care of our bodies, and if not someone should make one. That is my sleepless thoughts. What is yours? Guest guest
-Dear Violet, I just read the Bill Henderson Book, on curing cancer gently and he recommends the Daily Advantage by Dr. Williams. He said in his 9 years of research, this is the most complete daily supplement, will cost you about 1 dollar per day. I would add Omega 3s to that. Best wishes., " violet1946 " <sweetviolets01 wrote: > > Can't sleep as usual but my mind wonders on how we are going to > make it to an old age the food that we eat,is full of chemicals. > The meats are injected with who knows what, the fish is poluted, > water is poluted, the land has no minerals. > If diseases don't kill you the dr. will with his script pad. Guest guest
Everything is a bit overwhelming isn't it? I hear about something new every day we should incorporate into the daily diet. :-) The joys of living on earth in it's state!--- On Thu, 10/16/08, violet1946 <sweetviolets01 wrote: violet1946 <sweetviolets01 Just thoughts!!oleander soup Date: Thursday, October 16, 2008, 1:22 AM Can't sleep as usual but my mind wonders on how we are going tomake it to an old age the food that we eat,is full of chemicals. The meats are injected with who knows what, the fish is poluted, water is poluted, the land has no minerals. If diseases don't kill you the dr. will with his script pad. Guest guest
Bless your heart Violet, I am so sorry you can't sleep. I hear you. The world can seem rather scary. Yet, worry and stress is the worst thing we can do to ourselves. You are in a wonderful group with wonderful protocols. Yet, I know in a limited income it can be quite difficult. In fact, I very well relate to the limited income part. Are you making your own oleander soup? This costs only pennies. Colloidal silver too isn't much at all when compared with expensive pharmaceuticals that only serve to harm you. To relax and induce sleep, let me recommend the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT).http://www.emofree.com/ And if you like I can help you with this. It will serve to ground and relax you, among other things, as you will find out about as you go through the site. I will say that it demands practice and loyalty, so don't give up.In the end, fear and worry is your worst enemy, as it can take every day circumstances and magnify them where they grow to become out of perspective. Let me know what supplements you are taking, what you are eating, and let's see what we can add within your income range.I am in the midst of moving and will not be online much, so please be patient if I don't reply in a timely manner. But please try not to worry. This only adds to our problems, and sometimes just adds stress where there should be none.Hugs, oleander soup , "violet1946" <sweetviolets01 wrote:>> Can't sleep as usual but my mind wonders on how we are going to> make it to an old age the food that we eat,is full of chemicals.> The meats are injected with who knows what, the fish is poluted,> water is poluted, the land has no minerals.> If diseases don't kill you the dr. will with his script pad.
