Guest guest
Bonnie, I use stevia too because i am diabetic. I use it as my sweetener. You only use a very tiny portion (sp. the green natural form, fingenail tip size only). It does not raise blood sugar. However, some people claim it lowers their blood pressure. The liquid, depending on brand, from 3 tiny drops to 7 drops. Over use leaves aftertaste. Melly

Guest guest
You are very welcome, Bonnie Just a caution. Some people say that the stevia leaves an aftertaste. I didn't notice any and I'm using a liquid made by NOW. So maybe that's what you would want to buy at first. I also discovered a powder form made by KAL that also has no aftertaste. And it says so on the bottle. Barbara Thanks for introducing me to Stevia Barbara! I am going to buy some to have on hand now!
