Guest guest
You don’t have to stay without eating but you have to control how you eat; by not taking snack between meals, no water when you are eating or right after you eat. Try not to eat after 6:00 pm. If you must, just have an apple. oleander soup oleander soup On Behalf Of florette Friday, October 03, 2008 10:53 AM oleander soup RE: Re: Are there any contraindications?/ Do you drink when you eat? If so stop doing it for 20 minutes or so after meal and see. I would have though when food is introduced into the stomach then it has something to work on, and I suppose more is produced to give me that reaction - when I did fast the first few days NO reflux but it did come back after 4 days so initially its ok but then acid gets too much for me.
