Hi Ian. I am on a list that a man started. It is for learning how to make a simple 6 volt battery device that kills bacteria and virus called the godzilla. I've made one--basically the only cost is for the battery, which is around $5.

It is very cheap to do and effective and very safe if you follow directions.
