Sea salt or Morton's Iodized? ........lol.

 

Seriously, there is a great deal more information about the dangers of

Splenda than that one report.

I agree with you there are more studies about the dangers. I just

wanted folks to know that most info can be slanted in any direction.

The people paying for a study tend to make it go their way. I

personally don't use splenda that much. Just a tad here and there. I

don't use sugar either if I can get away with it. Or High Fructose

Corn Syrup.... The list goes on and on. Personally I think that

everyone needs to test what they ingest for themselves. No one thing

is " bad " for everyone. Well except radiation... unless it cures you of

cancer... Good Grief it's a never ending cycle! HAHAHAHA

Bad is bad and in my opinion there really is no safe amount of a

toxin. Imho, Splenda is not really healthy in any amount, however

small. ALL artificial sweeteners are dangerous, none more so than

Aspartame.

 

In general, the slanted studies are the ones done by the funders with

vested interests in the results of the study.
