Guest guest
Is the patient's physician in favor of you treating his cancer? Most states have a major issue and have legislation against others from performing treatment of cancer. Now I know that we can treat the nausea/vomitting of chemo and help the patient improve symptoms. Best of luck. Later Mike W. Guest guest
Hi Ben, & All, Benjamin Hawes wrote: > Has anyone treated ST CA with herbs? Anyone know what Chinese > anti-toxin herbs best target ST cancer? It is non-metatastic. > Patient doesn't know exact type or stage, but will provide that > next week for his evaluation. Thanks. Ben As Mike Bowser said, it is illegal in many countries to claim that one cen treat cancer. I see that as no problem, because cancer is only a symptom (branch) and TCM aims to treat the PATIENT / ROOT as its main benefit. Therefore, I would not hesitate to try to help people who happen to have cancer, but I would avoid saying that I was treating cancer. Circa 18 months after prostate surgery, followed by hormonal castration, a friend of mine had radical gastrectomy (circa 90% ST removal) for an independent and malignant ST cancer. After discharge from hospital, I visited him 1-2 times/month until his death (some 8 years later, aged >80). I recommended the following programme: (a) High-dose Vit E + Bioplexed selenium; (b) 4g pure Korean Red Ginseng root/d; 1 week on, 1 week off; © Prayer + visualisation therapy, daily; (d) daily recitation/meditation on " St Patrick's Breastplate " (a most powerful prayer of protection; see WWW); (e) Acupuncture whenever I visited him. I used mainly the immune-stimulating points (LI04, ST36, LI11) + 1- 2 needles for symptomatic priorities on the day. For example: GB34 for a discharging thoracic fistula near SP21 after removal of a thoracic drain on discharge from hospital. GB34 worked like a dream; the fistula closed within days and never reopened. CV03 + SP06 or KI07 for prostate-urinary incontinence (AP did not help that much; he remained dribbly and had to get up a few times at night); BL60 -> KI03 for ankle oedema [that helped a lot]. My friend did very well for circa 8 years. He had been a big, strong man in his prime, circa 105kg; on discharge from hospital after the gastrectomy, he was circa 73kg, a loss of circa 32kg. Until his accident, c 8 years later, his weight held steady, somewhere between 70-76kg. Then, driving to the funeral, my friend hit an oncoming car. He was bruised badly, lacerated and shocked. He was hospitalised for about a week, and required many sutures and blood transfusion. Within days, he gave up, mentally, spiritually and physically, and fell into black depression. I could not cheer him up anymore. Within weeks, he was admitted into a secure ward of a psychiatric hospital. There, he contracted acute pneumonia, from which he died after a few days. I believe that the shock of the car-crash (he had driven for almost 60 years without crashing before) overwhelmed his bodily & mental defences, and led directly to his death within weeks. At that time, I was not familiar with Are Thoresen's Ko Cycle method. Using the KO Cycle, Are claims remarkable clinical results in hundreds of cancer patients, human and animal. He may like to add to the following: Are's theory is that CANCER = LOSS of CONTROL of cell division and apotosis (programmed cell death). He aims to restore control by stimulating ONE Command Point on the Grandmother (CONTROLLING) Channel. For example, for cancer that originates in ST, or along ST Channel (mammary cancer, sarcoid under the eye at ST01 or ST02), Are would stimulate LV Channel with ONE needle, because LV (Wood) Controls ST (Earth) via the KO Cycle. He told us that LV03 has been very successful in these cases; he treats 1-2 times/month for 1 year. For cancer of BL, or along BL Channel (for example sarcoid at BL01 or BL02 at the medial canthus of the eye), he would stimulate SP Channel with ONE needle, because SP (Earth) Controls BL/KI (Water) via the KO Cycle. SP01, SP03 or SP09 (Water Pt) would help. Are advises his students NOT to needle the affected Channel (for example ST Channel in ST cancer) Anything to add, Are? Am I beginning to understand your method at last? Guest guest
Thanks for your story Phil and informative point prescriptions. In cases of shock from physical trauma I have used what JR Worsley calls the External Dragons treatment - GV20, BL 11, BL23, and BL 61. Insert all needles even, right to left, top to bottom, then turn counterclockwise to release energy. Phil, it sound like you did a lot of good for your friend not to mention giving him a lot of time and care. I believe people are ready to go at some point and no matter what we do, it's their time. It appears that you made his life a lot more peaceful while he was here. Anne wrote: > Hi Ben, & All, > > Benjamin Hawes wrote: > > Has anyone treated ST CA with herbs? Guest guest
I do too. I went to a lecture series with Jeffrey Yuen on this. It was really fascinating. I purchased his CD's from the Maryland Acupuncture Society so I could synthesize the information - even while driving in the car. I haven't treated people with cancer - only after recovery or remission. Would like to get more of a comfort level with this. So, yes I would be very interested in your response. Guest guest
A great many people have beaten the same kind of cancer your mother has and I would expect you to see good results within the next one to two months. Here is a case result you may wish to look at Inoperable stomach carcinoma with metastases -VO http://www.drozel.org/eng/diagnosis_stomach_VO.htm Of course there are many other good things your mother should do besides just use oleander/OPC to have the very best odds of success. /anticancer.htm oleander soup , af koc <afkoc wrote: > > Hi, two month ago my 55 year old mom was diagnosed w/ inoperable stomach cancer that has spread to her liver. > We started to use oleander extract (arvinzel).
