Guest guest
Hello this is a question to see if anyone has any idea's on detoxing my grandson off of a drug called roxies. He is going to a detox center once a week for meds. and counsleing. They have him on Suboxone about 2 mg a day. Needless to say it is not working but from the information that I get from the center their success rate is very poor, like 87 % get back on the drug. Does anyone have any idea's that could detox him with natural products instead of anoher chemical. I would appreciate any infor anyone has. Thanks is advance, Violet

Guest guest
http://www.drugs.com/roxicet.html Since it's a narcotic I might recommend acupuncture. You'd need to find someone who knows the protocol for drug treatment. Substance addictions require a wholistic approach. Good nutrition, detox, supplements. A lot of these folks are depressed. Things for depression are: Omega 3s, 5HTP, Inositol, SAM-e, lithium orotate (a supplement not the drug), excercise. You may have to experiment to find what works. oleander soup , " violet1946 " <sweetviolets01 wrote: > > Hello this is a question to see if anyone has any idea's on > detoxing my grandson off of a drug called roxies. Guest guest
High doses of vitamin c, especially intravenously, is used to break any addiction; -at least the physical part. He should also drink volumes of liquid; orange juice would be a good example. Guest guest
Contacthttp://www.healthrecovery.com/HRC_2006/OpeningPage.htmThey have a 25 yr. old history and method - very successful.A friend I showed this to now completely stops his alcoholic cravings using glutamine. He did their programme after reading the book - and changed nothing else in his life except he ate the supplements that he bought from them. It does use man-made supplements.Best wishes for your grandson and hang in there~!AnnetteOn Sep 25, 2008, at 8:20 AM, arthur rambo wrote:High doses of vitamin c, especially intravenously, is used to break any addiction; -at least the physical part.
