Guest guest
They are an excellent company I have been buying from them for five years. The cost of SAMe is way too high for ongoing use. I have a capsule maker.BeyondACentury. com sells both spirulina and chlorella by the pound. I have no idea whether they are highest quality, but they are very affordable.
Guest guest
Rhoda, There are no components. SAMe is an amino acid (S-adenosylmethionine). Guest guest
I think you want a list of precursors. I tried that once and it didn't give me the same results, but if I remember correctly it was betaine hcl, folic acid and B12. You might try trimethylglycine as it contains betaine and methionine which are two of the components of SAM-e and is said to increase the production of it. Sometimes you can find SAM-e on line at reasonable prices. I am lucky enough to live near a Costco store that sells 90 tablets for $40. I am so dependent on it for my back, my mind, and my mood that I make sure I get it even though my income is quite low. They carry the Nature Made brand and I go to the Nature Made website and bank my points and get a $7 coupon when I have enough points. BTW SAM-e the blister pack is the way to go as the SAM-e in the bottle goes bad very quickly and will stop being effective before you use up the bottle - which is why you usually see it in blister packs. oleander soup , " Rhoda Mead " <hummingbird541 wrote: > > *Can someone** please** list the components of SAME,where you happen to get > them, and the proportions.
